A cozy, hands-on charm-making experience designed for smaller groups. 4–15 guests. Includes 3 charms per person — extra charms are CA$2 each. All pieces are gold. Chains, tools, and guidance included.

You pay 50% upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is settled after the event based on final charm selections.

Perfect for birthdays, girls nights, and intimate celebrations, this experience is all about creating, bonding, and having fun together.

You and your guests will design your own bracelets, necklaces, or bag charms while enjoying a relaxed and creative atmosphere.

How It Works

  • We bring all materials and tools to your location
  • Each guest chooses their chain and up to 5 charms
  • We guide you through designing and assembling your piece
  • Everyone leaves with their own custom jewelry
Materials

Our pieces are made using a mix of stainless steel, gold-plated metals, and carefully selected charms.

We focus on creating pieces that are durable, lightweight, and comfortable for everyday wear, while still keeping that cute and elevated look.

Because many pieces are handcrafted and customized, slight variations make each one unique.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store in a dry place when not in use
  • Handle gently to preserve plating and details

With proper care, your piece will stay beautiful and last longer

By booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Materials & Safety

All materials and tools are provided for the experience. Guests are expected to handle all items with care. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the guest or the booking host.

While we take care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Make It Charm is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the activity. By participating, guests agree to take part at their own discretion.

Guest Policy

A minimum of 4 guests is required per booking. Up to 15 guests total.

Travel Fee

Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the event.

Setup Requirements

A clear table space must be provided for setup. Tables and furniture are not included.

Experience

All materials and guidance are included. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Deposit & Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

A final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Final payment is based on the confirmed number of guests, regardless of attendance or participation on the day of the event.

Charms & Add-Ons

Each guest can create their piece with up to 3 charms included.

Additional charms are available during the event and are charged at $2 per charm.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
