We bring a fully styled charm bar experience to your event, where guests browse our curated collection, pick out their favourite charms and chain, and design their own custom piece. Our team assembles each piece on the spot so guests can sit back, enjoy the moment, and leave with something they designed themselves. Includes full charm bar setup + styling. Pricing per guest added based on selected pieces — final total depends on number of guests and charms chosen.

Perfect for weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, and special celebrations, the charm bar becomes a beautiful and engaging feature your guests will love. It also doubles as a thoughtful interactive event favour — every guest leaves with a keepsake they actually designed themselves and will wear long after.

Materials

Our pieces are made using a mix of stainless steel, gold-plated metals, and carefully selected charms.

We focus on creating pieces that are durable, lightweight, and comfortable for everyday wear, while still keeping that cute and elevated look.

Because many pieces are handcrafted and customized, slight variations make each one unique.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store in a dry place when not in use
  • Handle gently to preserve plating and details

Setup Fee & Payment

A non-refundable CA$150 setup fee is required to secure your booking date.

Guest pricing is based on the pieces selected and is charged separately. Final pricing depends on the number of guests and charm selections.

The host may choose to cover all guest costs, have guests pay individually, or cover part of the experience.

Materials & Safety

All materials, tools, and charm bar setup are provided. The host and guests are expected to handle all items with care. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the host.

While we take care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Make It Charm is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the activity. By participating, guests agree to take part at their own discretion.

Setup & What's Included

The CA$150 setup fee covers a fully styled charm bar booth brought to your venue, including table, display, and all materials. No furniture or setup is needed from your end.

The charm bar service runs for up to 4 hours. Additional time may be available upon request.

We require approximately 20-30 minutes for setup before the event begins.

Travel Fee

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and will be added to the final price.

Guest Count

An estimated guest count must be provided at the time of booking.

A final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Charms & Add-Ons

Each guest can create their piece with up to 3 charms included.

Additional charms are available during the event and are charged at CA$2 per charm.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The setup fee is non-refundable.
